Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be one of the persons staying at the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts, which guests may attend. In the event of a wedding or other private event, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • This home is not pet friendly.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee for maintenance of amenities.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Parking and Transportation

  • Free parking is available.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers visiting during winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Additional Notes

  • OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% discount (only during Off Peak periods).
  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
